Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a leader to oversee the profitability of its regional operations center. The role includes achieving financial and referral targets, optimizing staffing, and driving performance improvements across the team.

You will present regular management reports and coordinate with key departments to ensure efficient production operations. Requirements include experience in healthcare or insurance settings, with emphasis on workers’ compensation, auto insurance, or disability claims.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Healthcare and/or insurance industry experience preferred.
• Worker’s Compensation or Auto insurance experience preferred.
• Long-term / Short-term disability claims background preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability and regional operations performance.
• Plan daily activities and measure productivity using data and reports.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, IT and others to ensure smooth operations.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; conduct timely evaluations and manage discipline.
• Oversee deposition process when requested; perform other duties as assigned.
