Dane Street is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee the profitability and performance of the regional operations center. You will drive staffing efficiency, manage performance, and present regular reports to management on request.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT to optimize production and service delivery. Applicants with healthcare or insurance industry experience, including Workers’ Compensation or Auto insurance, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and analytical skills.
• Preferred background in healthcare and/or insurance (Workers’ Compensation, Auto)
• Experience with disability claims (long/short term) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee regional operations profitability and performance.
• Plan and organize daily production activities.
• Analyze performance data and financial reports to drive improvements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and QA to enable smooth operations.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage schedules and disciplinary actions.
