Qualifications

• Proficiency navigating multiple computer programs and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess physician reports for quality and compliance with LTD/STD standards.
• Verify that claims support physician determinations accurately.
• Apply policy guidelines and terminology to determine disability criteria.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and maintain timely QA reviews.
• Provide oversight for complex cases requiring additional review.
