Job summary

Conduent is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented remote Disability Transaction Processor to support disability claims operations. You will research applications, match documents to claims, and capture index data from images in a structured, high-volume remote environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong data entry accuracy.
• Ability to work remotely with clean desk policy.

Responsibilities

• Process disability transaction work items in BLIS and Outsort queues.
• Research customer applications and records to locate matching disability claims.
• Review document images and capture accurate index data in customer systems.
• Follow documented procedures, quality expectations, and production priorities.
• Manage a 40-hour weekly workload in a remote, PC-based environment.
• Apply coaching and training feedback to improve proficiency and accuracy.
