Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a claims processor to handle professional and hospital claim forms from providers. You will review policies and benefits while ensuring HIPAA, confidentiality, and PHI compliance, and complete required training on time.

The role requires 2+ years of medical claims experience and proficiency with Windows applications. It is a remote position with benefits and incentive potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical claims processing experience.
• 2+ years using Windows-based software and navigating multiple screens.

Responsibilities

• Process professional and hospital claims forms by provider.
• Review policies and benefits; ensure HIPAA and PHI compliance.
• Adhere to timelines for client compliance training.
• Research, review, and adjudicate claims independently.
• Meet client productivity and quality targets and SLAs.
• Maintain quality scores above 98.5% PA and 99.75% FA.
• Respond promptly to emails and resolve claims.
• Calculate payable amounts using the applicable fee schedules.
