Most projects start from a script and footage; you’ll craft visuals, motion, and UI treatments to make ideas pop while keeping the edit focused and engaging.

• Ability to craft visual treatments from concepts with minimal guidance.
• Proven experience building engaging short-form content for online audiences.

Aufgaben

• Turn ideas into visual stories. Take founder-led, scripted content and find the visual concept that makes each idea hit harder, feel clearer, and stay memorable.
• Build beyond the talking head. Use motion graphics, design, typography, UI, sourced footage, screenshots, imagery, music, and sound to create a world around what's being said.
• Make abstract ideas feel obvious. Find smart, visual ways to explain concepts without turning the edit into a presentation.
• Create moments people want to keep watching. Use pacing, visual reveals, pattern changes, sound, and editorial judgment to earn attention.
• Find the visual before we hand it to you. Source footage, imagery, references, and assets that strengthen the story.
• Know when to push and when to pull back. Exercise restraint where it adds value.
• Help define Snowball's editing language. Contribute to established visual conventions and treatments.
• Bring something to the table. Pitch better solutions and strengthen the work through the edit.
• Collaborate directly with the founder and Head of Content Marketing, incorporating feedback quickly while offering your perspective.
