Job summary

Aebi Schmidt North America is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Management for Vehicle Solutions. The role anchors governance for procurement, drives strategic sourcing, and partners with BU leaders and manufacturing to secure cost savings while mitigating material shortages.

Based in a remote work setup, you will lead cross-functional teams, negotiate major supplier contracts, and build capabilities across matrix structures to optimize divisional performance and EBITDA across the vehicle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in procurement or supply chain leadership, in automotive or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience building and leading matrixed governance, enablement and training programs.
• Strong vendor negotiations, contract execution, cost modeling and financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee divisional governance and drive targeted sourcing execution.
• Lead supplier negotiations and total cost of ownership assessments.
• Drive cost savings targets and align results with division P&L and EBITDA.
• Manage material shortages and supply risks with cross-functional teams.
• Provide matrix enablement, training and stakeholder alignment across groups.
