Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 7 years of progressively responsible supply chain management or procurement experience; 10+ years preferred.
• 5 years minimum staff management; 7+ preferred.
• Travel up to 25% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing supply management team.
• Provide strategic leadership for categories, projects, and initiatives within supply management.
• Build relationships with internal clients and partners.
• Anticipate market shifts and supply chain risks using data and dashboards.
• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies with measurable value.
• Develop negotiation strategies and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Ensure end-to-end procurement process from requisition to delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage related risks.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive execution.
• Perform other duties to support organizational priorities.
