Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of utility-scale renewable development experience.
• Track record taking 2+ utility-scale wind projects from land control through COD.
• Direct negotiation experience with land, interconnection and EPC/BOP agreements.
• Hands-on ISO/RTO interconnection experience (MISO, SPP, PJM, ERCOT, CAISO or similar).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and close leases, easements and access agreements, including title/ALTA and curative work.
• Plan and deliver all federal, state and local permits, along with environmental studies and public processes.
• Lead ISO/RTO and utility interconnection end to end and negotiate interconnection agreements.
• Own project communications, community engagement and media relations.
• Direct pre-construction and construction, including procurement, RFPs and BOP/EPC contract negotiation.
• Own integrated project schedules, budgets, change control and risk management.
• Partner with finance on LCOE, investment memos and tax equity/debt diligence.
