The role oversees General Managers and Area Managers, delivering on safety, quality, productivity, utilization, forecasting, and customer service while aligning field operations with strategic priorities. The position offers remote work with travel up to 50% and requires near-airport access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field; equivalent operations leadership experience considered.
• 15+ years of progressive field services experience, ideally in electrical or utility services.
• 5+ years in a multi-location operations leadership role.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility for a sizable electrical or technical services business.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day P&C operations across multiple branches and service locations in the United States and Canada.
• Translate strategy and budgets into clear plans and execution rhythms for leaders.
• Mentor and develop General Managers and Area Managers, including succession planning.
• Own safety, quality, labor utilization, and financial performance of field operations.
