Job summary

Shermco is seeking a National role leader overseeing Protection & Controls operations across multiple locations in the United States and Canada. You will guide General Managers and Area Managers to maximize safety, quality, utilization, and customer service while ensuring strong financial performance.

You will partner with technical leaders to expand services, manage P&L for a $40M+ business, and travel up to 50% to oversee field operations and ensure adherence to safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of field services experience required.
• 5+ years in multi-location leadership preferred.
• P&L responsibility for a $40M+ technical services business preferred.
• Knowledge of relay protection and controls strongly preferred.
