Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mortgage servicing compliance or regulatory roles.
• Deep expertise in servicing laws and various investor guidelines.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational actions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance is built into system design, monitoring regulatory changes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering for compliance across all functions.
• Define audit readiness standards and support internal and external audits.
