Job summary

Bayview Fund Management, LLC is seeking a Compliance Manager – HIL to oversee second-line compliance across home improvement lending operations, including origination, funding, and servicing. You will manage risk assessments, monitoring, testing, and collaboration with the VP Compliance – HIL to guide oversight of subservicers, vendors, and third parties.

You will drive the RCSA program, maintain issue logs and control libraries, and report findings to Compliance and the Board.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance experience in consumer lending and related operations.
• Leadership and credibility to guide teams and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of federal and state consumer lending laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including remote work capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process and ensure risks are identified, measured, monitored, and reported.
• Oversee subservicing oversight, assess third-party relationships, document activities, and provide feedback to leadership.
• Perform monitoring and testing of loan origination, funding, and servicing processes to identify compliance issues and risks.
• Develop KRIs and prepare summaries and presentations for Compliance and the Board.
• Lead and coordinate compliance initiatives and assist with control design and training.
• Support remediation and resolution of findings and monitor corrective actions.
• Provide QA/QC on documentation for audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Monitor regulatory changes (TILA, ECOA, FCRA, etc.) and implement timely updates.
• Assist in policy and procedure development and ensure proper dissemination to business units.
• Deliver compliance training and clearly communicate regulatory requirements.
