The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree and substantial B2B sales experience, particularly in senior living or long-term care. Extensive benefits including flexible schedules and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in direct B2B sales.
• Experience managing pipeline forecasting or account management in senior living or LTC space.
• Experience in cross-functional team environment.
• Demonstrates success in meeting financial/revenue goals.
• Basic level skills in Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new customers and grow existing accounts.
• Provide guidance and support to the Business Development Associate.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless new business implementation.
• Maintain and update CRM databases.
• Drive continuous improvement based on client feedback.
