Humana Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Director, Innovative Financial Group (IFG) Sales Compliance, to lead comprehensive sales compliance programs across federal and state regulations while enabling business growth.

This role partners with executives, operations, legal, and regulatory agencies to strengthen controls and promote ethical sales practices. The candidate will oversee agent and agency oversight, auditing, investigations, and governance, ensuring adherence to CMS regulations,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, healthcare, insurance, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and operations.
• Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance compliance.
• Experience with regulatory agencies, carrier partners, and audits.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.

• Lead IFG's sales compliance strategy and governance programs.
• Oversee agent and agency monitoring, auditing, and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with executives, operations, legal, and regulators to identify risks.
• Develop policies, procedures, and controls for compliant sales operations.
• Direct investigations and corrective action when issues arise.
• Escalate compliance concerns internally and externally as appropriate.
• Direct ongoing monitoring and auditing to identify risks and trends.
• Evaluate sales practices for regulatory and carrier compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigations.
• Analyze metrics and trends to drive improvements.
