• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 5 years of compliance, investigations, audit, or regulatory experience.
• Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine compliance investigations following established procedures.
• Issue corrective actions based on investigation results.
• Collect documentation, interview individuals, and summarize findings.
• Maintain complete and accurate investigation files and case documentation.
• Escalate high-risk or complex issues to senior compliance leadership.
• Support corrective action planning and follow-up activities.
• Perform QA reviews of investigations, monitoring activities, and compliance documentation.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and procedural gaps.
• Document QA outcomes and assist with trend analysis and reporting.
• Track corrective actions and validate closure.
