Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead retention, renewal readiness, experience, and growth for assigned portfolio.
• Build senior client relationships and governance forums.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver service, Stars, network, and enrollment commitments.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and contract obligations.
• Provide regular updates on Humana initiatives and CMS changes.
• Mentor leaders and associates and manage escalations.
