Otter Products, LLC in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Director of Product Line Management to lead the product portfolio strategy and roadmap. This senior role owns lifecycle management and drives growth through consumer-focused products while guiding a team of product line professionals in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Development/Management, Merchandising, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive product management and/or category management experience.
• Experience creating and executing product strategies that drive revenue and market share.
• At least four years of people leadership in a managerial or director role.
• Experience in consumer products, durable goods, outdoor products, sporting goods, apparel, electronics, or related industries preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term vision, strategy, roadmap, and portfolio plans for assigned product lines.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from market opportunity identification through commercialization and retirement.
• Identify emerging market trends, consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and whitespace opportunities to drive growth.
• Translate insights into product strategies, business cases, roadmaps, pricing frameworks, and product requirements.
• Maintain accountability for product line performance including revenue growth and profitability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and optimize products while meeting milestones.
• Drive data-based decision making to optimize assortments and investments.
• Present product strategies and category performance to executive leadership.
• Build, train, and mentor a high-performing product management team.
• Champion a culture of innovation and customer-centric thinking.
