Qualifications

• Active nursing license required.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Ten or more years of nursing experience.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance across states of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support quality management and educational initiatives across assigned communities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and reviews of policies.
• Coordinate onboarding of new acquisitions and assimilation of communities.
• Assist with responses to surveys and development of corrective action plans.
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to regional and community teams.
