Kitsch is seeking a Director of Regulatory & Tech Transfer to own the regulatory infrastructure for Haircare, Body, and Fragrance products. You will qualify backups, manage compliance decisions in-house for EU/UK, Health Canada, and FDA, and lead tech transfers from concept to launch.

The role requires proactive leadership, a strong supplier network, and the ability to build durable regulatory processes that scale across multiple SKUs and retailers. Remote work option with global scope.

Qualificações

• Deep knowledge of EU/UK MHRA, Health Canada, and FDA cosmetics regulations.
• Experience leading tech transfers end-to-end and owning documentation.
• Proactive management of supplier networks and regulatory filings.
• Ability to oversee retail partner compliance submissions and audits.
• Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate regulatory research and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Produce a complete supply risk map for active SKUs and qualify alternatives.
• Serve as internal final approval on artwork and compliance decisions.
• Own end-to-end tech transfers across product lines with visible progress.
• Conduct SKU documentation audits and close gaps for audit readiness.
• Build a regulated formula library with transfer-ready documentation.
• Catch quality issues early and ensure compliant product performance.
• Own regulatory/quality compliance for major retailers and online channels.
• Conduct GMP, ISO, REACH audits and drive remediation timelines.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; train teams to share critical knowledge.
• Act as primary contact for adverse event investigations and reporting.
• Leverage AI to accelerate regulatory research and documentation workflows.
