Job summary

Interparfums USA, LLC seeks a Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist to drive global product registrations across multiple brands and suppliers. You will lead regulatory meetings, manage cross-functional projects, and implement streamlined processes to ensure timely, compliant submissions.

This position is based in office Mondays- Thursdays, with remote work on Fridays, offering collaboration across regions and ongoing regulatory monitoring to support launches and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of Regulatory Affairs or Product Registration experience in Beauty, Personal Care, or OTC sectors.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global product registration processes across brands and suppliers.
• Collect and maintain documentation from third party suppliers and Government Health Agencies.
• Independently run regulatory meetings and drive cross-functional collaboration.
