Job summary

Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic Director-level healthcare leader with deep experience in healthcare quality performance, CDI, hospital quality ratings, and patient safety improvement. This role is responsible for delivery and business development for new and existing client relationships, partnering with provider organizations to assess quality and CDI performance and drive improvement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field is required; master’s preferred.
• Significant healthcare quality and CDI experience in hospital or health system settings.
• Proven experience leading client-facing engagements at the Director level is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales leadership maintaining $3.5M–$5.0M in annual quality engagements.
• Oversee client engagements as the client-facing Director across multiple projects.
• Manage 6–8 full-time employees and 3–5 contractors across 3–5 quality programs.
• Interpret complex quality analytics and lead assessments independently.
• Mentor teams and drive business development for the quality service line.
• Develop internal methodologies for evolving client engagements.
