Deckers Brands is seeking a Director of Quality Operations to lead global quality teams across brands, products, and markets. The role focuses on Quality Issue Management, continuous improvement, and analytics to balance product excellence with manufacturing efficiency.

You will own governance, training, and data insights, driving improvements across the value chain. The role requires a strong track record in footwear quality leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years in a quality-related leadership role within footwear industry.
• 10+ years in the footwear/apparel industry for a global company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of quality professionals, setting objectives and driving results.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and strategic goals.
• Drive global quality data management, inbound reporting, and issue tracking.
• Leverage data, reporting, and BI tools to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Manage and resolve quality issues across global operations with governance.
• Define and integrate systems and tools across the global quality org.
• Champion education and training initiatives across teams.
