You will supervise staff, coordinate priorities with leadership, and partner with Finance and Grants to optimize financial performance.

The role emphasizes ensuring compliance with funder requirements and advancing organizational goals while driving operational efficiency and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years administering grants.
• Strong leadership to manage teams and complex projects.
• Extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and business planning.
• ERP systems and data visualization expertise.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the financial performance of program budgets and provides insights to executive leadership.
• Oversees profit and loss status of operations and advises on improving bottom-line performance.
• Leads and supervises staff for business planning across the portfolio.
• Manages budgeting, submission, and planning for new funding submissions.
• Forecasts workforce activity and cost projections; provides scenario guidance to leads.
• Drives revenue generation through external contracts and improved processes.
• Guides programmatic teams to ensure compliance with federal rules and funder requirements.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives for financial health.
• Develops and enhances ERP systems, reports, and dashboards.
