Job summary
Abeona Therapeutics, a leader in cell and gene therapies, seeks a Director, Program Manager to drive integrated planning and execution across our development portfolio. This remote U.S.
role partners with the Program Lead and functional leaders to align strategy with timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in cross-functional program management in biotech/pharma, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical field and 7+ years of cross-functional program or project mgmt exp.
- Experience supporting cell and gene therapy development programs.
- Knowledge of pharma/biotech development and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to synthesize complex program data for leaders.
- Proficiency with scheduling, analysis, and presentation tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and govern integrated program plans and milestones.
- Coordinate timelines, risks, and deliverables across functions.
- Monitor budgets and resources; report to leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional decision meetings and governance.
