Abeona Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Program Manager to lead cross-functional development programs and translate strategy into integrated execution plans across our cell and gene therapy portfolio.

This US-based remote role partners with executives to align timelines, resources, and governance, guiding programs from preclinical through IND-enabling stages in a highly regulated environment.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in a scientific field and at least 15 years of cross-functional program or project management experience.
• Direct experience managing cell and gene therapy development programs.
• Ability to synthesize complex project data into clear risks, options, and recommendations for executive leadership.
• Knowledge of pharma/biotech development project management and governance.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional development programs through integrated planning and execution.
• Proficiency with planning systems and tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic leadership for one or more portfolio programs and guide major program decisions.
• Develop and maintain integrated program strategies, critical paths, and cross-functional milestones.
• Ensure alignment among program strategy, functional plans, corporate priorities, and governance decisions.
• Establish governance and ensure program leadership coverage across workstreams.
• Manage and track program timelines with input from all functions and align with global timelines.
• Develop executive-quality program materials and dashboards for reporting and decision-making.
