Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Director of Product Research and Development to guide strategic research and development efforts across pricing, product design, and business decisions in a competitive insurance market.
The role partners with senior leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights and to drive smarter product decisions from concept through ongoing monitoring. Remote US-based; visa sponsorship not available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical concentration is required.
- Master's degree is preferred for advanced leadership and strategy.
- Extensive experience in P&C insurance is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive strategic product research plans with senior management.
- Direct data research and analyses to address complex business challenges.
- Lead end-to-end product research from initiation to monitoring performance.
- Prioritize initiatives to focus on high-impact projects.
- Evaluate research plans for clarity and actionable insights.
- Oversee market analysis to inform pricing strategies.
- Lead the Product R&D team and manage talent development.
