Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Pricing Strategy & Analytics to lead the Residential unit’s pricing strategy, analytics and transformation. You will drive profitable growth through pricing governance, strategy, and next‑gen pricing systems at scale.

As a key partner to Sales, Brand/Product, Finance and Compensation, you will ensure data‑driven decisions aligned with business goals and lead the pricing technology agenda across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years in pricing, revenue management, analytics, finance, consulting or related disciplines in B2B manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies aligned with Residential growth, profitability and customer objectives
• Oversee pricing governance, price changes, discounts, rebates and commercial terms
• Design and deploy pricing tools and systems, including price optimization software
• Build pricing analytics capabilities and dashboards for price realization and profitability
• Lead a Pricing team and champion data-driven decision making
