Job summary

Shaw Industries seeks a Senior Director to lead pricing strategy, analytics and transformation across the Residential unit. You will drive data-driven pricing decisions, governance and the rollout of next‑gen pricing systems to support growth and profitability.

Collaboration with Sales, Brand/Product and Finance will be essential to align with business objectives. The role demands 10+ years in pricing/analytics within B2B manufacturing, with strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of pricing, revenue management, analytics, finance, consulting or related experience in B2B manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Develop pricing strategies aligned with growth, profitability and market positioning.
Own pricing technology strategy and deployment for scalable systems.
Design end-to-end pricing processes and governance for changes and promotions.
Build pricing analytics with dashboards for price realization, gross-to-net, and customer profitability.
Lead a Pricing team and drive organizational change for new pricing tools.
