Job summary
Shaw Industries seeks a Director of Commercial Analytics to lead analytics strategy and the team, driving data-driven decision making across Commercial leadership, Sales, Pricing, Forecasting, Finance, Market Insights, CRM, and planning. This hybrid role requires at least 3 days in office weekly and partners with Strategy & Insights, IT, and business teams to maximize analytic value.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive analytics and BI experience.
- Experience leading analytics teams and developing talent.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate data into decisions.
- Proficient with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks.
- Willingness to come onsite ≥3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the analytics strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into action.
- Lead development of performance frameworks and scenario modeling.
- Ensure data assets and analytics solutions are reliable and governable.
