Job summary

Shaw Industries seeks a Senior Director to lead Residential pricing strategy, analytics, and pricing transformation. You will drive profitable growth by leveraging pricing science, governance, and technology to scale pricing across channels and customer segments.

In this role you partner with Sales, Brand/Product, Finance and Compensation to ensure data-driven decisions, robust governance, and alignment with business objectives while guiding the next-generation pricing system deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, analytics, finance, consulting, or related disciplines in B2B manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies aligned with Residential’s growth, profitability, market positioning, and customer objectives.
• Oversee design and deployment of pricing tools and systems, including price optimization software.
• Establish governance for new pricing, price changes, customer agreements, exceptions, and promotions; develop escalation processes for executive decisions.
• Build pricing analytics capability with dashboards and reporting for price realization, gross-to-net, price waterfall, customer profitability, rebate performance, and discount effectiveness
• Lead pricing team, build scalable capabilities, and promote accountability and analytical rigor.
