Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in human resources or People Partner roles, incl. 5+ years leading a team.
• Healthcare experience in complex multi-site settings is required.
• Hands-on Workday experience to support HR processes and reporting.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and responsible-use in HR.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the People Partner strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and develop the People Partner team and scale practices.
• Advise senior leaders on workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee Workday optimization, data quality, and reporting.
• Drive AI enablement and workforce analytics to inform decisions.
• Ensure compliance and policy governance across HR operations.
