Marathon Health is seeking a Director, People Partner to lead the People Partner function and ensure the people strategy supports the business, leaders, and teammates. This role will develop the People Partner team, advise senior business and clinical leaders, and translate workforce insights into practical actions that improve organizational performance.
The leader will advance Workday, analytics, automation, and responsible AI to simplify work and strengthen decisions.
Competenze
- 10+ years of progressive human resources experience.
- 5+ years managing a People Partners team or equivalent.
- Healthcare experience or multi-site healthcare operations.
- Hands-on Workday experience for HR processes and reporting.
- Experience applying AI-enabled tools with data privacy considerations.
- Strong leadership, influencing senior leaders, and change management.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or healthcare administration.

- Define and execute the People Partner strategy with KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and develop the People Partner team.
