Responsibilities

• Lead the centralized initiative to create standard front-end revenue cycle workflows.
• Produce educational collateral, performance thresholds, and front-end analytics for Providence's professional markets.
• Act as liaison between local ministries/clinics and the Professional Revenue Cycle.
• Drive organizational improvements across the Providence geographic footprint.
