Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in healthcare administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or administrative services.
• 8+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized initiative to standardize front-end revenue cycle workflows across Providence's professional markets.
• Oversee production of educational collateral, performance thresholds, and front-end analytics for Revenue Cycle Business Services.
