Providence is seeking a Director of Patient Access - Remote to lead the centralized initiative for standardizing professional front-end revenue cycle workflows across Providence's footprint. You will drive analytics, education materials, and performance thresholds while liaising with local ministries and clinics.

The role requires extensive healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience, with a focus on process changes and business improvements in administrative services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible healthcare revenue cycle or administrative services experience.
• 8+ years of leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating organizational needs, designing process changes, and implementing improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead centralized initiative to standardize front-end revenue cycle workflows for Providence's professional markets.
• Produce educational collateral, performance thresholds, and front-end analytics.
• Serve as liaison between local ministries/clinics and Revenue Cycle Business Services; drive performance improvements.
