Qualifications

• 12+ years in pharma/biotech
• 10+ years in complex reimbursement markets, payer relations, and market access strategy
• Experience with national/global payers and Buy and Bill concepts
• Experience launching rare disease or cell/gene therapies
• MS Office, MS Teams, Qlickview proficiency

Responsibilities

• Travel 60-80% to engage with payers, SOCs, and HUB partner.
• Provide education and reimbursement support for Abeona therapies.
• Develop and communicate reimbursement strategies to stakeholders.
• Lead relationships with commercial and government payers to secure coverage.
