Job summary

Zevra Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Patient Services to lead Amplify Assist, oversee field case managers, HUBs, and vendors, and drive best-in-class patient support across access and reimbursement journeys. You will shape strategies, manage data-driven programs, and ensure compliant operations to improve patient outcomes and access to Zevra medications.

The role requires deep leadership, strong knowledge of patient support programs, and proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's in healthcare, life sciences, or related field with progressive Patient Services/Access leadership experience.
• Experience with Specialty products and rare disease is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of patient support programs and payer landscape required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient services aligned with company mission.
• Oversee Patient Services model, operations, and vendor relationships across HUBs, FCMs, and copay programs.
• Lead and mentor a team of patient service professionals to foster collaboration and outcomes.
• Ensure ethical handling of patient data in line with regulations and privacy requirements.
• Establish and track program KPIs; optimize services to support access and reimbursement goals.
• Manage patient services budget and allocate resources to meet program objectives.
