Cypress Creek Energy is seeking a Director of OT Operations, Governance, and Cybersecurity to lead strategy and delivery of OT services across generation sites. You will establish governance, manage budgets, and partner with operations, engineering, IT, and compliance to protect personnel and reliability.

The role requires 10+ years in OT/ICs/SCADA and cyber, with leadership across distributed facilities and strong NERC CIP/NIST CSF knowledge. Remote work with travel up to 25% is offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical degree in engineering, computer science, information systems or related technical field.
• 10+ years in OT operations, ICs/SCADA, industrial cybersecurity, or critical infrastructure technology.
• Leadership experience managing vendors, budgets, and multi-year programs across distributed facilities.
• Experience overseeing regulatory compliance programs and audits (NERC CIP/O&P).
• Ability to translate risks into executive decisions and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define multiyear OT strategy and roadmap aligned with growth, cybersecurity risk, and business objectives.
• Establish OT operating model, service ownership, and performance expectations across teams and providers.
• Lead OT operations, governance, cybersecurity, and engineering personnel.
• Develop budgets, business cases, staffing plans, and investment priorities for OT services.
• Prioritize initiatives using risk, reliability, regulatory obligations, and value.
