Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree preferred.
• Experience with ultra-rare, specialty, or medical benefit therapies with complex reimbursement and longitudinal patient management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of operational strategies for specialty product launch.
• Oversee specialty distribution, hub capabilities and pharmacy services.
• Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Access Strategy, and cross-functional teams to align operations with launch plans.
• Establish governance across vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance of specialty operations.
