Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Director of School Operations to lead enterprise-level operations across multiple Connections Academy schools. The role partners with school leaders to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and enrollment growth while maintaining a strong student experience.

You will coach and develop principals and leadership teams, drive cross-functional initiatives, and manage outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent level.
• Strong communications and data-driven approach.
• Virtual school leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio-Level School Operations Leadership across multiple schools.
• Directly coach multiple school leaders and influence leadership teams.
• Establish consistent operational expectations across schools with local nuance.
• Drive academic action plans, compliance, and yearly operational milestones.
• Monitor health, engagement, and compliance indicators; intervene as needed.
• Provide structured, data-informed coaching to improve execution at scale.
