• 10+ years of progressive leadership in public safety, emergency communications, or PSAP operations.
• Deep expertise across PSAP operations, NG911, CAD, and evolving public safety tech.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with PSAP leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Strong track record driving scalable programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to translate feedback into product, business and go-to-market strategies.
