Formación

• 7+ years of contracting, network development or provider relations experience.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare contracting and hospital/large group negotiations.
• Previous management responsibilities including hiring, training and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee provider contracting to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies and laws.
• Develop recruitment and contracting for provider networks in new and expanding markets.
• Support new business launches in diverse markets considering market specifics and resources.
• Perform complex financial analyses to identify cost improvements and contracting strategies.
• Oversee staff and external consultants in network development for new markets.
• Monitor performance and communicate network strategy and planning.
• Ability to travel.
