Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of contracting, network development, or provider relations experience.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare contracting and negotiating hospital and large groups.
• Management experience including hiring, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provider contracting activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies and laws.
• Develop and implement provider networks in new and existing markets.
• Support new business launches and market expansions.
• Perform complex financial analyses to identify cost-improvement opportunities and drive contracting strategy.
• Oversee staff and external consultants in contracting and network development.
• Monitor performance and communicate network strategy and planning.
