Centene Corporation in Pennsylvania seeks a senior professional to oversee provider contracting, network development, and provider relations, guiding policy implementation and ensuring regulatory compliance across markets. This remote role requires travel within the state and supports launches in new markets.

You will analyze costs, develop contracting strategies, manage staff and external consultants, and supervise performance while aligning with budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years combined contracting, network development or provider relations experience.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare contracting and negotiating hospital, large physician groups and ancillary service agreements.
• Management experience including hiring, training, assigning work and evaluating staff.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee provider contracting activities for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Lead recruitment and contracting of provider networks in new and existing markets.
• Support new business launches considering market specifics, provider community and budgeting.
• Perform complex financial analyses to identify cost improvement opportunities and contracting strategies.
• Oversee staff and external consultants in network development for expansion markets.
• Monitor performance and implement solutions addressing process and quality gaps; communicate strategy.
• Willingness to travel as required.
