You will lead the full lifecycle, strategy, and cross-functional execution for risk adjustment retrieval and interoperability, guiding teams to deliver measurable improvements for payers and providers.

The role supports remote work from anywhere in the U.S., with in-office requirements in the Minneapolis area four days per week for designated hires.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 4+ years in Product leadership role.
• 4+ years in Healthcare industry.
• Experience with Risk Adjustment Products and retrieval/interoperability roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full product lifecycle and end of life for Retrieval products.
• Lead product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Drive performance improvements in risk adjustment operations and customer value.
• Lead cross-functional teams across geographies and stakeholders.
