Job summary

GardaWorld Federal Services seeks a Director, Pricing & Business Analysis to drive pricing strategy and competitive narratives for proposals. You will help estimate forward pricing rates and coordinate with Finance for project control and history analyses.

The role requires 10+ years in pricing/finance for government contracts, CAS/FAR knowledge, and strong Excel modeling. Remote-friendly US-based position with occasional surge overtime and executive-facing pricing reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting.
• 10+ years pricing/finance experience in government contracting.
• Familiarity with CAS and the FAR.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with Excel modeling skills.
• Knowledge of contract types including FFP, CPFF, CPAF, CPIF and T&M.
• Ability to work in a team or independently; strong communication and time management.
• Willingness to work overtime during surge periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of price/cost models and volume documents in a timely manner.
• Participate in reviews and pricing discussions with Executive Management.
• Analyze input from Bids and Solutions teams to explain and form final proposals.
• Develop pricing strategies aligned to customer requirements for proposals.
• Assist in competitive analysis and price-to-win (PTW) strategies.
• Prepare accurate, compliant pricing models.
• Analyze and compile cost data for future inquiries and audits.
• Source quotes for materials with Contracts and Procurement.
• Provide direction to subcontractors involved in proposal preparation.
• Assist in interpreting pricing documents with Project Controllers.
