• 7+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare procurement and supply chain.
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution channels and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record managing complex vendor contracts and achieving cost savings.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for medications, negotiating pricing and supply commitments.
• Build partnerships with manufacturers and distributors for priority supply.
• Own RFP, negotiation, renewal, and vendor performance processes.
• Partner with clinical, pharmacy operations, and finance to forecast demand and prevent stockouts.
• Set governance standards for procurement policy and contract repository.
