One Call is seeking a Senior Director of Operations Support to scale our operational processes, systems, and infrastructure, enabling consistent and efficient service delivery. This role focuses on standardization, workflow optimization, and implementing tools that support business operations and customer outcomes.

You will lead the transformation of our Contact Center service delivery, drive automation opportunities, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business or accounting required.
• Eight+ years of management experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience in operations, customer service transformation, or contact centers preferred.
