One Call seeks a Senior Director of Operations Support to scale operational processes and infrastructure, enabling efficient service delivery. You will standardize workflows, implement tools, and lead transformation of the Contact Center delivery model. Reports to the Vice President of Operations.
The role emphasizes automation, analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional leaders to drive value and improve performance.
Competenze
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business or accounting required.
- At least eight years of management experience with increasing responsibilities.
- Preferred experience in operations, customer service, contact centers, or digital fields.
Mansioni
- Lead implementation of operational strategies and initiatives for service delivery.
- Drive standardization and workflow optimization across teams.
- Oversee tools, systems, and platforms to support performance and KPIs.
- Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans with cross-functional teams.
